This RFI is for information and planning purposes only and is not a solicitation or request for proposals. Information received will be utilized as a market research tool to determine the availability and adequacy of potential sources prior to determining the method of acquisition. Unsolicited proposals submitted in response to this RFI will not be considered, nor will any of the information contained in these unsolicited proposals be used during preparation of a solicitation.
