This RFI is intended to obtain information about current industry capabilities and performance for case management products. The Office of Innovation (OIN) is seeking Case Management capabilities that will facilitate auditors, investigators and leadership with balancing resources, records, projects, cases and across the entire DHS-OIG case portfolio to promote well-informed case selection.
