This is not a solicitation. This notice does not constitute a Request for Bid, Request for Quote or Request for Proposal, nor does it restrict the Government as to the ultimate acquisition approach. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparation of a response to this notice. The Government will determine whether to set-aside this future procurement, based on the information submitted. For the purpose of this acquisition, the NAICS code is 517810- All other telecommunications. PURPOSE: The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is conducting a market analysis with this SSN to identify small businesses capable and interested in performing the services required to provide the following equipment: P/N 1413I9K2-AAK-01T-- Hawkeye IV Lite 1.3M, Ku-Band 40W, ODU, iDirect 950, Tan. Please provide capability statements and commercial pricelists for this equipment, if available, and any information on established contracting vehicles currently in place that FEMA may be utlize. The information collected in this SSN and industry outreach notice will be used to further define the government's requirements and create the appropriate acquisition strategy.
