The U.S. Coast Guard seeks GSA Multiple Award Schedule holders to provide comprehensive non-personal staffing and operational support for the new National Coast Guard Museum in New London, Connecticut. The contractor will supply a hybrid workforce of 16 baseline FTEs plus surge capacity across program management, visitor services, education, and IT/AV technical support for the 80,000 square-foot facility operating 363 days a year. The anticipated period of performance is a one-year base period starting around September 2026, followed by four one-year option periods. Services include a 30-day phase-in to full operational capability, a 99.9% uptime requirement for digital exhibits, and all personnel must pass Tier 1 public trust background investigations. The government is conducting market research and requests industry feedback to refine its acquisition strategy.
