DHS/ICE ERO, on behalf of ERO Overwatch and National Security Enforcement, is conducting market research for Intelligence Research Specialist Professional Support Services. The anticipated requirement includes approximately 142 Intelligence Research Specialists and two Project Managers supporting ERO headquarters and designated field locations throughout the United States. Personnel would need the qualifications, experience, and security eligibility to perform complex intelligence research, all-source analysis, collection support, product development, trend and threat analysis, field intelligence support, operational planning support, briefings, and related coordination. A draft Statement of Work is attached for industry review and comment, and the Government is considering a Firm-Fixed-Price contract while seeking feedback on scope, staffing model, transition requirements, performance standards, and pricing structure.
