This is a Request for Information (RFI) only. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes, and it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. This RFI does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Further, ICE is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Interested offerors are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI. All costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party's expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued. ICE is exploring procurement strategies to establish a complete simplified acquisition for ITFO infrastructure hardware support. The prime Reseller Contractor will be required to provide specific brand name products to include information technology products from Cisco, Schneider Electric, Juniper, Cradlepoint, Hewlett Packard, Tripp-Lite, and goTenna information technology products and other server products based on various specification. In addition, the prime Reseller Contractor will be expected to provide simultaneous deliveries at various site locations for the continental United States (CONUS) and outside the continental United States (OCONUS). Interested parties are requested to respond to this RFI with the completion of all questions within the Microsoft Forms link located in Section 6.0 (Submissions), within the attached RFI Letter. Submissions must be received no later than 06/12/2024 by 12:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT).
