See Attachment "Amendment #1 - Responses to Questions" Records and Information Management (RIM) March 30, 2021 1.0 Background The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) is the principal investigative arm of DHS and the second largest investigative agency in the Federal Government. HSI’s primary mission is to promote homeland security and public safety through the criminal and civil enforcement of Federal laws governing border control, customs, trade, and immigration. 2.0 Purpose of Request for Information THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI). ICE issues this RFI to provide notification of an upcoming procurement and to determine the level of interest in this requirement. DHS/ICE Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Student Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP) is seeking to identify sources that can provide RIM support across all SEVP for data, document and records control and electronic submissions handling with SEVPAMS, as well as administrative and configuration support in accordance with the attached draft Performance Work Statement. To do this effectively, it is required to work closely with the SEVPAMS support teams. (SEE ATTACHMENTS FOR DETAILS)
