The DHS OIG Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) currently owns and operates the Agilquest workplace management software. This software allows OIG staff to manage conference rooms, hoteling space, team rooms, and offices. To ensure the OIG’s Agilquest software continues to operate in an efficient and secure manner, OIG must procure annual maintenance and support. This maintenance and support will ensure that OIG engineers have access to product updates, bug fixes, security patches, software enhancements, new features, and technical support.
