The Department of Homeland Security announces its intention to negotiate and issue a sole source award to Amazon to procure Web Services. Amazon is uniquely qualified to provide the required services in the attached statement of work. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, responses received within 15 business days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any quotation/response must be in writing and can be sent via email to Kerri Williams via email at kerri.williams@hq.dhs.gov. No phone calls will be accepted. The CISA Gateway is a system that provides numerous capabilities and applications to various diverse stakeholders across CISA and other Federal, State and Local Government entities. Capabilities are maintained and enhanced to address identified issues and keep up with technological advancements and industry best practices; all updates are reviewed and controlled by the CISA Gateway Configuration Management Process prior to deployment. In FY20, IAA undertook a cloud migration effort that focused on lifting and shifting the existing on-premise environment of CISA Gateway to the Amazon Web Services (AWS) FedRAMP certified GovCLOUD. This cloud migration was completed in FY21.
