With the increased concern and out of an abundance of caution with Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) FEMA - Region VIII requires precautionary cleaning and disinfecting of our Regional Facilities consisting of approximately 26,300 sq ft of office/workspace. Bldg 710A, Denver Federal Center – Approximately 8,800 sq ft Bldg 710, Denver Federal Center – Approximately 10,000 sq ft Bldg 20, Denver Federal Center – Approximately 4,000 sq ft 755 Parfet, Lakewood – Approximately 3,500 sq ft The contractor shall provide FEMA - Region VIII with all labor and products, supplies and materials for performing detailed cleaning and disinfecting, PPE, site preparation, removal of debris to complete a detailed cleaning and disinfecting of the workplace. The contractor will check and follow all guidance by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and associated local health authority. The contractor will provide and utilize all the required material to complete the project whether specifically addressed in SOW or not.
