This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6 “Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items,” as supplement with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. The purpose of this requirement is to obtain Repairs of Diesel Underground Storage Tank at FEMA Region VIII. Repairs include replacing of the interstitial wire, probe wire, and probe, as well as a custom cap that will not pinch the wires. Contractor must provide a leak test after installation that does NOT read "probe sync error". This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business concerns under NAICS Code 213112 with a size standard of $41.5 million.
