The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) intends to establish a new task order for enterprise-wide IT help desk and specialist support. A Virtual Reading Room (VRR) containing Sensitive Security Information (SSI) pertinent to the upcoming solicitation will be made available to approved GSA MAS vendors. To gain access, vendors must designate a Senior Corporate Official and submit a list of up to three individuals for a Security Threat Assessment by a specified non-bid timeline. The services will support approximately 85,000 users at TSA Headquarters in Springfield, VA, airports, and other mission-critical locations. A draft RFP is planned for release in late December 2025.
