(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-01. (iv) This procurement is a Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code is 334516 – Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing and the Small Business Size Standard is 1000. (v) Schedule of Items/Price Schedule Project Description: Magnetic Imager Model 7701M Brand Name or Equal. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide one (1) magnetic imager as defined in the attached Statement of Requirements (SOR) except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services.
