This includes being registered with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) to pump and remove sludge waste and oil/water separated waste. State registration must include the ability to pump, remove, or haul more than one type of waste. The contractor is responsible for getting all approvals for the mixture of the wastes to ensure proper disposal. The contractor is responsible for all waste spills during the performance of this contract.
