The US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has a requirement to procure testing vouchers to fulfill the financial obligation for the FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate. CBP intends to procure the vouchers on a sole source basis from PSI Services. The FAA awarded the Airman Certificate Testing Service (ACTS) to PSI Services, LLC on May 30, 2018. PSI Services is a web based service that provides a centralized location to register for the FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate. PSI Services coordinates with testing centers that administer the certification exam and is responsible for receiving payment for the exams. There is no proposed solicitation number at this time.
