The Contract shall provide expert knowledge and experience to conceptualize, plan, and conduct program evaluations, as well as other types of data analytics, qualitative and quantitative analysis, and data collection activities linked to CISA’s learning agenda and evaluation plan, long-term resource allocation effort, and additional identified analytical needs.
