The Contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, materials, parts, tools, te.st equipment, test fittings, supplies, consumables, and equipment to conduct appraisals, inspections, reports, calibrations, grooms, repairs, and tests (pre-operational and operational), and provide associated reports on a recurring basis throughout the contract period and any option years exercised under the contract, and such other things as are necessary to perform various work on the Machinery Plant Control and Monitoring System (MPCMS) installed onboard the 175-ft KEEPER Class WLM Buoy Tender (175 WLM). All in exact accordance with this solicitation and the attached Statement of Work. See Attachment 1.
