The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs (ICE) Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ), hereby gives notice of their award of a sole source contract extension. This action was taken under the authority of Simplified Procedures for Commercial Items, 41 U.S.C. 1901 as implemented by FAR 13.501. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) Chicago field office requires a short extension of portable lavatory and laundry trailers for urgent use. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS AND IS FOR INFORMATION ONLY. No solicitation document is available, and telephone, fax, or e-mail requests will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. A determination not to compete this contract based on this notice is within the discretion of the Government.
