The Department of Homeland Security Headquarters (DHS HQ) Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) has a need for CISCO software license operations and maintenance (O&M) on Government-owned software and equipment in support of the colocation (COLO) facilities. The hardware, software, and virtual devices within the assigned colocation facilities will be updated with CISCO annual maintenance renewal. The contractor will provide CISCO branded software license and maintenance support for CISCO assets currently in operation across the Homeland Security Enterprise Network (HSEN).
