ADA Compliant Hand Wash Sinks Prepared By: James Funk: James.funk@fema.dhs.gov; (202) 763-8262 Objective: Provide temporary blackwater sanitation to the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s (FEMA) Disaster Recovery Centers (DRC) throughout the State of Missouri. Hours of Operation: Sunday – Saturday: (08:00 – 18:00) Description of Services: 1) Deliver and install portable toilets and hand wash sinks with all associated supplies at FEMA’s DRCs in the following counties: Andrew, Atchison, Boone, Buchanan, Carroll, Chariton, Cole, Greene, Holt, Jackson, Jasper, Lafayette, Lincoln, Livingston, Miller, Osage, Pike, Platte, Pulaski, St. Charles. 2) Provide cleaning of portable toilets and wash sinks daily; including, but not limited to: removing trash, spraying for insects, refresh of black water tank, and spraying bleach (or similar) solution on interior to reduce odors. 3) Restock all supplies daily. ADA Compliant Hand Wash Sinks Fixed Rate Agreement: This is a fixed rate agreement inclusive of all cost of labor, delivery and retrieval fees, equipment, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, liquid hand soap, and seat protectors to accomplish the above description of services.
