No solicitation is being issued at this time. The FEMA Disaster Emergency Communications division intends to purchase three (3) TEMPEST certified, HEMP (High-Altitude Electro-Magnetic Pulse) protected Mobile Emergency Office Vehicles (MEOVs) on the platform described within the Statement of Work. The vehicles must be delivered by the vendor to the lower 48 states (CONUS). Please see the Statement of Work for build details. Please answer the RFI questions and include your company capabilities as outlined in the attachment, to include a Rough Order of Magnitude.
