This is NOT a Request for Quotations or Proposals. No solicitation document exists, and the Government may or may not issue a formal solicitation as a result of the responses received to this RFI. The Department of Homeland Security seeks to understand the capability and interest of industry in providing a commercial off the shelf (COTS) software to support, in partnership with a foreign government, a Case Management System (CMS) to track the lifecycle of an immigration case. This work includes deployment, integration, and sustainment of a software CMS solution. Attached is the 1) Request for Information and 2) Business Process Diagram. All Responses shall be submitted to the Office of Procurement Operations (OPO) Industry Liaison mailbox at the following email address: opoindustryliaison@hq.dhs.gov no later than 4:00 pm Eastern Time, Monday, December 23, 2024.
