U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) requires sign language interpretation and Video Remote Interpretation (VRI) services. ICE requires these services to be performed in diverse contexts, locations, and settings by personnel possessing varied security clearances, skills, and knowledge as set forth in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
