This RFI is being updated to change the NAICS code and provide clarification on the US Coast Guard's need and top challenges. The US Coast Guard is seeking a strategically sourced vehicle for the purchase of software licenses for LCAP software that has already been developed. The top challenges we face are that we currently purchase software for applications individually rather than in volume, which causes us to miss volume discounts or enterprise license level pricing.
