As represented within the supporting Justification FY21-00260, DHS has procured assessment and recommendation support services aimed at optimizing the effectiveness of the Department’s research and development (R&D) portfolio. Aforementioned support services shall be provided through the National Science Foundation (NSF), Science and Technology Policy Institute (STPI) Federally Funded Research and Development Center (FFRDC) vehicle awarded to the Institute for Defense Analysis (IDA), The performance period of such efforts is from September 13, 2021 through June 12, 2022.
