Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE), Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO), New York Field Office (FNY) has a requirement for a 25/50 Yard Gun Range facility within a 25-mile radius of FNY that enables the organization to conduct quarterly and annual firearms training and qualification courses for 301+ officers. FNY projects to train and qualify eight (8) to ten (10) officers on their service firearms each training day. The firing range must provide a safe and secure venue for ICE law enforcement officers to conduct firearms training during designated days and hours. FNY will conduct firearms proficiency courses-of-fire including pistol and rifle familiarization, training, and qualification courses in accordance with internal departmental training policy.
