This interim task order (TO) is against federal supply schedule 47QSMA19D08P3 to ILM Corporation of Virginia Inc. to continue the contracted support for Document Management Services (DMS). The DMS program provides vetting and credentialing services in support of the Security Threat Assessments (STA). In accordance with FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(B), only one awardee is capable of providing the services required as it is not feasible to compete an interim contract while the new vendor obtains Authority to Operate (ATO).
