The purpose of this task order is to support the Transportation Security Administration’s (TSA) Information Technology (IT) Technology Solutions Division (TSD) through the continued provision of Adaptive Maintenance and Operation & Maintenance (O&M) support services of the Technology Infrastructure Modernization (TIM) system. The TIM System was developed to modernize TSA’s system for enrolling, vetting and credentialing transportation workers (those who work in sensitive transportation environments, such as seaports and airports, and those who transport hazardous materials). These services also include program management, system enhancements, remediation of any security threats to the system, and Tier 2 and Tier 3 O&M.
