The U.S. Government (as Transportation Security Administration or TSA) currently occupies 31,866 RSF of office, data, storage, and training space in Hanover, MD and intends to remain in the current space. TSA intends to award a sole source succeeding lease to TFG Station Ridge Property, LLC, whose address is C/O Tritower Financial Group, LLC, 60 State Street, 22nd Floor, Boston, MA 02109. This notice of intent to aware a sole source procurement action for existing space that is currently contracted through the TSA Direct Leasing Branch under a direct lease and expires on 07/31/2021. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. The Government will consider alternative space if economically advantageous to the Government. The Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime when deciding whether it should relocate. Otherwise the Government intends to pursue a succeeding lease and sole source acquisition at the present location. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed procurement action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
