This opportunity is a sole source effort for Advanced Target Development in support of Executive Order 14390, which addresses cybercrime, fraud, and predatory schemes against American citizens. The work supports the Homeland Security Task Force National Coordination Cell in combating cyber-enabled fraud by extracting information on criminal networks that operate scam cyber call centers. The focus is on identifying, attributing, and disrupting Transnational Criminal Organizations through data analysis. Analysis covers financial information, leadership structures, connections to corrupt public officials, targeting lists of U.S. victims, and recruitment pipelines.
