The new Infoblox Hardware, Software, Annual Support and Maintenance must be purchased in order to meet and sustain existing network DNS and DHCP solution in production utilizing Infoblox hardware and software. This brand name exception to fair opportunity for brand name InfoBlox products is pursuant to FAR 16.505(a)(4)(i), restricting items peculiar to one manufacturer.
