TSA has extended its IT Operations and Maintenance (O&M) support services task order 70T02024F7500N001 to ensure continuity of services. This extension limits the number of sources eligible for fair consideration under FAR 16.505(b)(2). The modification is necessary for the continued mission critical O&M services for all major Technology Solutions Division (TSD) Mission Operation Systems (MOS) until the transition from the current contractor to the new contractor is concluded. This justification for Exception to Fair Opportunity has been reviewed and approved in accordance with established TSA policies and procedures and is hereby published in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation 16.505. The Government does not intend to respond concerning this publication.
