This Class Justification and Approval for Other than Full and Open Competition has been reviewed and approved in accordance with established TSA procedures and is hereby published in accordance with the Federal Acqusition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.3 and in accordance with the requirements of FAR 6.303-2, the justification for the use of the statutory authority under FAR Subpart 6.302-1 is justified by the following facts and rationale required under FAR 6.303-2. Any and all redactions in this published documents (that is, language marked out or deleted) have been identified and cofirmed by the Government as contractor proprietary information which the Government must protect from unauthorized disclosure. As the Governent's intent to acquire using other than full and open competition was previously published on the Government-wide point of entry (contract opportunities) and all public comments considered at that time, the Government does not intend to respond further concerning this publication.
