SECTION I: INTRODUCTION I recommend the use of a sole source task order for the acquisition of software maintenance and development services under the General Services Administration Alliant 2 – Government Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC). The acquisition will be made to only one awardee and negotiations will be conducted with the contractor listed below in accordance with FAR 16.505 (b)(2)(i)(C).
