The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) intends to contract using other than full and open competition for the Governance, Risk, and Compliance Support Services (GRCSS) for Information Technology (IT) and the Information Assurance and Cyber Security Division (IAD) which include Cybersecurity/Information Assurance (IA) Security Assessment, System Compliance, Training and Policy Support Services necessary to protect and maintain the availability, integrity and confidentiality of the TSA's information technology systems. Accordingly, the TSA intends to award a contract modification to Zermount, Inc., 1621 N Kent Street, Suite 1002, Arlington, VA 22209. This modification will address the requirements of Zero Trust requirements that were established in the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Memorandum M-22-09, “Moving the U.S. Government Toward Zero Trust Cybersecurity Principles” in January 2022 requiring agencies to meet specific cybersecurity standards and objectives by the end of Fiscal Year (FY) 2024. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
