The Transportation Security Administration (TSA), Information Technology (TSAIT) and Contracting & Procurement (TSACP) propose to issue a bridge contract for the TSA IT Management, Performance Analysis, and Collaborative Technologies (IMPACT), task order 70T03018F2BCIO660 services that shall restrict the number of sources provided a fair opportunity to be considered (FAR 16.505(b)(2)). The procurement request number is PR217667F011. TSACP’s Justification and Approval (J&A) tracking number is JA-2021-03-0606. The Transportation Security Administration, Information Technology Office (TSAIT), requires continued support for enterprise information technology infrastructure operations at the TSA Headquarters, TSA deployed locations across 450+ airport and TSA staffed transportation network locations. The need for continued support must be issued as a sole source, six (6) month bridge contract to meet mission requirements while the on-going competition for the follow-on acquisition is being completed. The six-month bridge will be accomplished by issuing a sole source bridge contract, for a period of six (6) months, from the expiration of the existing task order, through March 31st, 2022.
