This Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) Single Source Justification has been reviewed and approved in accordance with established Transportation Security Administration (TSA) procedures and is hereby published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b). Any and all redactions in this published document (that is, language marked out or deleted) have been identified and confirmed by the Government as contractor proprietary information which the Government must protect from unauthorized disclosure. The TSA, Security and Administrative Services (SAS), Real Estate Management Division (REMD) and Contracting and Procurement (C&P) modified Contract No. HSTS01-17-C-CKP092 for additional work based on soliciting only one source (FAR 13.106-1(b)(2)). Contract No. HSTS01-17-C-CKP092 was modified bilaterally to incorporate janitorial services for 11,825 square feet of offsite leased space. This contract action was executed on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b) as the Contractor is the only source capable of meeting the requirement at this time given they are currently permitted, vetting, and performing janitorial services for TSA at Bradley International Airport (BDL).
