CBP describes a need for systems administration and maintenance services for numerous technology systems deployed across the U.S. and internationally. ILD operates a 24/7 Maintenance Dispatch Center that receives service calls from CBP sites and records them in ServiceNow and MAXIMO. The MDC issues Work Orders to the contractor, who responds to CBP sites, performs repairs or maintenance, and provides periodic status updates and Work Completion Forms. Work is governed by the requirements in the Performance Work Statement.
