This is a Sources Sought Notice for market research purposes only, not a solicitation for proposals. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is considering awarding up to nine Single Award Construction Contracts (IDIQ) for a broad range of construction services at ICE facilities across the continental U.S. and outside it. The contracts would have a five-year period of performance, with a cumulative maximum ordering limitation of $10,000,000,000 and a minimum task order value of $100,000. Performance locations will be specified in a future solicitation, and no budget amounts beyond the ordering limits are provided. Interested parties must submit capability information by June 12, 2026, including bonding capacity proof of at least $10 million per project and $10 billion aggregate.
