This Request for Information (RFI) is being issued to assist the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Asset and Facilities Management (OAFM) to locate contractors with the capability to perform the design/build requirements of the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW) entitled, “ATOC Fishbowl Training Center Design Build.” The design and construction of a new Fishbowl Training Center (FBT) will take place at the Advanced Training and Operations Complex (ATOC) located within the Ft Moore, Georgia military complex.
