This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE/REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) to gain knowledge of vendors that can provide Training Devices for the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Office of Firearms and Tactical Programs (OFTP) in Ft. Benning, Georgia. Vendors shall be capable of providing the configuration and installation of scalable, portable, modular Training Devices that simulate different residential, governmental (including schools, courtrooms, or state, local, or federal facilities) and commercial buildings, as further described in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The requested Capabilities Statement for this Sources Sought Notice is not a Request for Quote (RFQ), Request for Proposal (RFP), or Invitation for Bid (IFB), nor does it restrict the Government to any acquisition approach. The Government will not reimburse interested sources for any costs incurred in the preparation of a response to this notice, and submittals will not be returned to the sender. No award will be made from this Sources Sought Notice. Interested parties are invited to provide a Capabilities Statement for evaluation. The Capabilities Statement should be not more than five (5) pages, excluding a Coversheet, and be submitted by 3:00 p.m. EST on Friday, July 19, 2019. E-mail submissions should be submitted to Tony Ross at Tony.Ross@ice.dhs.gov. The subject line of your e-mail should read: "Ft. Benning Training Devices: Sources Sought Notice." No hard copy or Facsimile submissions will be accepted and extraneous materials (brochures, etc.) will not be considered. The future acquisition is projected as a firm fixed price (FFP) contract with a 12-month Base Period and four (4), one-year option periods of performance. ICE estimates an approximate total contract value of $17.5 million. In addition to information provided as to technical capabilities, interested parties shall provide their Point of Contact (including e-mail, regular mail address, and telephone number(s), DUNS Number, Small Business Classification, pertinent Contract Numbers (past performance), and the applicable NAICS and Product Service Codes.
