The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ), proposes to enter into a contract on behalf of the Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) Washington Field Office on a basis of other than full and open competition. OAQ intends to procure, on a sole source basis, access to a local shooting facility from Prince William County. This contractual effort will allow ICE officers the ability to conduct firearm training, practice, and qualifications. The Prince William County Police Department Scenario-Based Training Center is capable of fulfilling ICE’s specific firearm training requirements. This center offers the flexibility to support quarterly qualifications, advanced firearm tactical exercises, defensive tactics, intermediate force weapon training, and integrated scenario-based exercises. Additionally, the facility includes dedicated classrooms and training spaces for instructional purposes, allowing for a holistic approach to officer readiness.
