The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ), on behalf of the Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO), Newark, NJ Field Office executed modification no. P00063 under contract no. ODT-5-C-0010 on a sole source basis to CoreCivic, Inc. (DBA CoreCivic) (Unique Entity ID: HJGMJN1JKL46). This modification extends the contract for up to 12 months allowing additional mission critical detention services at the Elizabeth Contract Detention Facility (625 Evans Street, Elizabeth, NJ 07201).
