The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ), on behalf of the Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO), New York Field Office intends to exercise Option Period two (2) under purchase order No. 70CDCR21P00000038 with PACER Service Center (physical address: 7550 IH 10 W, STE 600 San Antonio, Texas 78229-5813, United States; Unique Entity ID: FNABQRNFRHW1; and Cage Code: 1XRQ3). This purchase order was awarded on a sole-source basis with a Firm-Fixed Price contract type. Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER) is the only electronic court records’ system that allow all Law Enforcement personnel to retrieve pertinent information immediately when they must render case decisions. The ERO New York Field Office uses PACER, which is a public access system to review court electronic records. Deportation Officers require access to the electronic court records, so they can determine the disposition of cases. Access to these court electronic records is deemed essential to all Law Enforcement personnel. The period of performance of this purchase order is from 08/07/2021 to 08/06/2026 for a total of 60 months (inclusive of a 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods). The period of performance of Option Period two (2) is 08/07/2023 to 08/06/2024. This notice is NOT a request for proposals or quotes. This is a notice of the Government’s intent to exercise Option Period two (2) with the PACER Service Center for the required services. Requests for copies of the contract or modifications in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged.
