The Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Acquisition Management, on behalf of the Enforcement & Removal Operations, New York Field Office awarded Purchase Order No. 70CDCR22P00000026 on a sole source basis to Global Tel-Link Corporation DBA ViaPath Technologies (Unique Entity ID: YU77KY88CA25). This Purchase Order provides 520 minutes of free calls on a monthly basis to each detained non-citizen held in ICE custody at Orange County Correctional Facility, Goshen, New York.
