Solicitation 3- Amendment 00003 The Question and Answers provided under this Window are considered “For Official Use Only” (FOUO) information. As such, vendor Questions and Answers as well as other FOUO documents that have been updated have been emailed to vendor’s who have been successfully vetted to receive FOUO information in connection with this window. Amendment 0003 hereby makes the following change to Attachment 3(A)- RFQVP_Functional_Category_1_Track2_Window_1: Section 2.1, subsection 2.1.2 is hereby deleted and replaced with the following: DHS HID-ETD Functional Requirement Matrix v1.5, (FOUO) (FRM) Section 5.1, subsection 5.1.2 is hereby deleted and replaced with the following: Vendor systems shall meet or exceed all requirements identified as “Critical” within the DHS HID-ETD Functional Requirement Matrix, v1.5 (FOUO). All Critical requirements are listed within Section 5.1 of the DHS HID-ETD Functional Requirement Matrix, v1.5. Section 5.1, subsection 5.1.3 is hereby deleted and replaced with the following: DHS reserves the right to evaluate select “non-critical” requirements within DHS HID-ETD Functional Requirement Matrix, v1.5 (FOUO), for strictly informational purposes only; this evaluation will not impact the system Certification decision. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
