The purpose of this amendment is to provide an update on Immigration and Customs Enforcement's (ICE's) Request for Information (RFI) # HSICE-19-12 for Agile Software Development Contracting Strategies. ICE thanks industry for their responses and participation in the one-on-one sessions. ICE previously notified industry that it was considering a multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) against GSA Schedule to fulfill its ongoing need for agile development across the organization. After a thorough review of the RFI responses received and careful consideration of the subsequent one-on-one vendor sessions, ICE is no longer considering a multiple-award BPA against GSA Schedule. Market research indicates that ICE's agile development needs can be fulfilled by using the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) EAGLE NextGen Governmentwide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs) such as 8(a) STARS II, the National Institutes of Health's CIO-SP3 and CIO-SP3 Small Business, and Alliant 2. ICE intends to issue separate task order solicitations for future agile development projects against the existing EAGLE NextGen contract vehicles. There is no timeline for any future solicitations at this time.
