This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and no other solicitation documents will be issued. This announcement includes the attached Request for Quotation SF-1449 (RFQ) Number HSCG52-19-Q-1SA014, Scope of Work, and Justification of Other Than Full and Open Competition. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 (19 JAN 2017). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 713940. The United States Coast Guard Air Station Cape Cod intends to negotiate and award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order on a sole source basis to The Massachusetts Maritime Academy Pub, Incorporated, 101 Academy Drive, Buzzards Bay, MA 02532-3405, and Cage Code: 0KFC5. It is the Government's belief that The Massachusetts Maritime Academy Pub, Inc. is the only vendor able to provide pool service that meets the attached statement of work. The proposed contract action resulting from this synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies is the Governments intention to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 & 13.106-1(b). Interested persons/parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. All quotations and proposals received will be considered by the USCG Air Station Cape Cod. A current System for Award Management (SAM) Date Search was conducted on March 05, 2019 by the Contracting Officer. This Contractor is current/active in SAM and does not have any active Exclusion. This is considered to be a Sole Source Acquisitions. See the attached Justification.
