The U.S. Coast Guard Recruiting Command seeks to lease retail space for a recruiting office station for 10 personnel. The space should be 2,500–3,500 rentable square feet, with a bare minimum of 3,000 square feet, preferably in a retail shopping strip, and must include storage/kitchenette or the ability to add it, a back door exit to the outside, and parking for two government vehicles. The space must be available no later than Oct. 1, 2026. The landlord must register in SAM.gov and have a UID to receive rental payments, no subleases are allowed, and proof of ownership or authority to convey exclusive rights is required.
