The U.S. Coast Guard Recruiting Command seeks to lease a 2,000–3,000 rentable square-foot unit, preferably in a retail shopping strip, for a recruiting office for 7 personnel. The space must include or allow a storage/kitchenette, have a back door exiting outside, offer parking for 2 government vehicles, and the landlord must register in SAM.gov with a UID to receive rental payments. The space must be available no later than Oct. 1, 2026. Expressions of interest must be in writing and include proof of ownership or authority to contract, building name/address, management point of contact, quoted rental rate and any tenant-improvement amount, occupancy availability, parking, and energy-efficiency features; subleases are not permitted.
